The rooms were spotless and just what I needed. the staff was super friendly and made check-in and check-out a breeze. the location was great, close to the Amtrak station and in a quiet area. 🌟

That was really cute hotel set in central area, very close to the Farmers Market, and coffee shops, bakeries, brewery and restaurants. The staff was accommodating plus the location was excellent and unbeatable. We ordered lunch at Piemonte's, located next door to the venue. Liked our large room. The bathroom was big size, the bed was comfortable.

I liked its reasonably large and unique rooms.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the downtown SLO shops, downtown and easy access to the freeway, and eateries. Units for my needs.

The staff members at Los Padres Inn are exceptionally nice and provide great service. the inn's location is conveniently close to a clean environment and the Farmers Market. - For a cup of tea or coffee, I recommend checking out Mama Ganache nearby.

nice shopping center near by. We were given an upper room first which seem nice and updated. We had asked for a microwave and refrigerater and there was none in that room so we had to take a different room on the main floor.

The room with the microwave and refrigerater needed some updates. The carpet needed to be cleaned or replaced. No air conditioning. There was a small table fan that we ended up using. The ceiling fan kept clicking when used.

The receptionist was polite and friendly. The room was bigger than we expected and nicely decorated. The inn was located about half an hrs. Walk away from the main street.

The shower door was off its hinges and was slightly dangerous and would cause the floor to flood.

The hotel was cute, and we got a spotless and modest room. the location was great, just a 5-minute walk from the bus station. - Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms for our needs.

Location and parking were good.

Looks good on the outside but the inside is shabby, needs refurbishing. Tiles in bathrooms had mold.

The location of Los Padres Inn was perfect - very close to town. The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was very cute. This hotel is one of the lower priced hotels but it was more than sufficient for the stay.

The rooms here are light and have cozy beds, which is a great deal. the staff is super friendly and always ready to help, which is awesome! 👍

Hotel is nice and clean, with friendly staff. Compared to other hotels in SLO it is also inexpensive. What I liked most was that it's just 5 blocks or so from the downtown area, i.e. in easy walking distance.

Nice clean older hotel for an overnight stay. The front staff was friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of restaurants and the mission.

The only problem with this room was that the walls are thin. We could hear the people next door talking, but they were quiet after about 10:00 PM, so it was not a problem.
